Kids Got Talent event

LET YOUR CHILD BE A STAR!

Join us for a fun-filled day at No.4 Banqueting Hall where kids aged 5–11 can showcase their talents! Whether your child loves singing, dancing, performing magic tricks, or making people laugh, this is their chance to shine on stage in a friendly and supportive environment. 

All £5 performance entries go directly to Cancer Research, while spectators enjoy FREE entry and can purchase food and drinks on site.

Why participate?

Participating in our Kids Got Talent show gives your child the chance to build confidence, express their creativity, and have fun performing in front of a supportive audience. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate their unique talents, make new friends, and create memories that last a lifetime.


They can do anything from reading a short passage or poem, singing, dancing, gymnastics, showing us their martial arts moves, comedy, play an instrument, perform a magic trick- the options are endless! It really is less about the talent and more about building their confidence on stage. 

How to participate?

Secure your spot by registering online, there is a £5 fee per act which will go directly to Cancer Research. You can pay this on arrival.

We have a speaker on site for any music that your child may need to support their act. Anything else like instruments etc please bring them along with you.

This is a relaxed event, there is no pressure at all, we want the kids to enjoy this experience and have fun. The entire purpose of the event is to build children's confidence in a supportive environment.

Don't worry about that at all! It is highly likely your child will feel shy (most adults would feel shy being on stage too!). We will work hard to ensure the child feels confident to perform by creating an encouraging and supportive environment. The kids can have some time to get to know each other and warm up to the environment before we get them on stage.


We have a stage and speaker for music. You can provide music tracks in advance; basic props are allowed but keep it safe and simple. Just bring whatever your child will need for their performance. Each performance should be no longer than 2 or 3 mins. No pressure on making the performances up to that time if they are short- any time on stage will be good for them.


No set up time is needed. Try and get to the venue for 11am so we can get the kids to mingle and get comfortable before show time. We will do some meet and greet activities so the kids can get to know each other and feel comfortable.


The choices are endless! Let your child be as creative as they want! Dancing, reading, singing, musical instruments, comedy, magic. Whatever they decide we cannot wait to see and cheer them on! 


We have decided to support Cancer Research. All funds collected from the acts will go directly to this charity. Thank you for supporting this cause with us.


Yes! please do! Each child will need someone over the age of 18 to accompany them.


Yes, we have a fully stocked bar serving hot, cold, soft and alcoholic drinks,we will arrange for food to be available for sale during the event also. You are more than welcome to bring a packed lunch for your children if you wish. We will have kids meals available to pre-order for the event. Samosas will also be available to purchase.


We would love to make this a regular event, but it all depends on how this event goes. So hopefully it is a great success and if so, we will definitely make it a regular thing! Keep an eye on this page and our social media pages for updates. 


We do have an on-site car park, it parks approx 25 cars. There is on street parking and public car parks all approx 2 mins walk away.


Yes! please do, the more people that come to watch the better! We want our young talent to have a full audience and gain as much confidence to performing as possible. So coming along to support the acts is a really lovely thing to do. Hopefully your child will be inspired to have a go on stage at future events we run. There is no charge for spectators.


Yes! Duo or group acts are welcome. Team work makes the dream work after all! 


We are not sure yet, as this is the first time we are running this type of event. Once we have a list of people signed up we can update you all. We have allocated 4 hours for the whole event, that may change due to number of acts. We allocated some time at the end for the kids to have a mini disco and have some fun together. I will update those you book with us as we get sign ups. 


We will have a few judges (mainly for that 'Britain's got Talent' feel to the event) but audience participation will be encouraged. No one will be judged badly and every child performing will leave with a certificate.


We would absolutely love to see this, but it all depends on timings and how many performers we have signed up. Once we have numbers we can discuss options as a group. We want every child to shine and for everyone to have their moment on stage. 


It’s very likely that some performances may be similar, especially as the children are of a similar age and may enjoy the same types of acts. However, we won’t be capping or limiting any entries due to them being similar; each child brings their own personality, confidence, and unique style to their performance, which makes every act special and different in its own way.
