Calling all young minds with big dreams! Are you aged between 6-16yrs and have a burning desire to become an entrepreneur? Here's your chance to shine!


Join us for our Young Entrepreneur Market, where budding business moguls can set up their very own stall and embark on the thrilling journey of entrepreneurship. Whether it's homemade bakes, toys, sweets, or unique crafts, the possibilities are endless!

Time: 1pm-4pm

Location: No.4 Banqueting Hall, 4 The Broadway, Dudley, DY1 4AR

Why participate?

How to participate?

  • Register: Secure your spot by registering online, there is a £20 fee to join and 100% of that will go to Havens women's and children's refuge in Wolverhampton. Registered charity number 1065427.
  • Set Up Your Stall: Bring your products and set up your stall on the day of the event.
  • Engage and Sell: Interact with customers, make sales, and watch your entrepreneurial spirit soar! That feeling of making a sale will be so exciting for your child to experience.

Don't worry about that at all! The purpose of this market is to build their confidence and to get them feeling comfortable talking to others and making those sales! It is highly likely they will be shy initially, but hopefully after speaking to other young entrepreneurs and customers they will feel much more confident.


Everything you need for your stall; a rectangular table, tablecloth (if needed), your products and maybe a little handmade sign of their business name. If you don't have a table, the one I would recommend to purchase is a trestle table available online, they are really good as they fold up easily for transporting. Bring anything you need to help your child sell, anything to make them feel like a true business person! We will provide chairs and we have plug sockets dotted around if you need electricity. 


We would advise you to come 1hour before the start time, to give you enough time to set up and get comfortable with the space and setting.


The choices are endless! Let your child bake, create or sell toys, books, anything they like! We will be trying to have a variety of stalls so be aware that if we have too many of the same option we would encourage you to think of another option, as we don't want too many of the same stal, as it wont be fair on the children.


We have decided to support a local charity with the funds raised from stall space. All funds will go to The Haven Wolverhampton.  They support women and children who are vulnerable to domestic violence,  abuse, and homelessness by providing safe, emergency accommodation and  community-based support services.  Their registered charity number is 1065427. It will be lovely for your child to know that they are donating to charity and also have the chance of making some money for themselves too.


Yes! please do! Each child will need someone over the age of 18 with them to help them on their stall. We will provide chairs for you all. 


Yes, we have a fully stocked bar serving hot, cold, soft and alcoholic drinks,we will arrange for food to be available for sale during the event also. 


We would love to make this a regular thing, but it all depends on how this event goes. So hopefully it is a great success and if so, we will definitely make it a regular thing! Keep an eye on this page for updates. 


We do have an on-site car park, but it parks approx 25 cars. So we would advise all stall holders to use the car park when they are setting up, then once they are set up to move their car to a public car park that is a one minute walk away. This will free up the car park for customers to come and shop.  


Yes! please do, the more people that come to shop, the better! We want our young entrepreneurs to busy and gain as much exposure to the selling process as possible. So coming along to shop the goodies on offer is a really lovely thing to do. And hopefully your child will be inspired to have a stall at the next events we run.
